Beer-Battered Fish & Chips
Whole fillet in a batter that cracks, chips cut the same morning.
- Fillet battered to order
- Thick-cut chips
- Tartare and lemon
- Vented box so the batter stays crisp
Beer-battered fish and flame-grilled burgers, dropped in the fryer after you order. Pickup or delivery.
No styling tricks — this is what comes over the counter.
Fillets are dipped and dropped per ticket, never held under a lamp. That is why the batter still cracks when you open the box.
Smashed thin for crust, finished with cheese under a lid. Ask for it pink-free or ask for extra char — both are normal here.
Whole potatoes in, thick chips out, fried twice. Salted the second they leave the oil.
The app holds your usual order and tells the kitchen when you are close, so the fryer starts at the right moment.
Fried items travel in vented boxes, sauces go on the side, burgers get wrapped last so they arrive hot and dry.
Burger, fish, or a combo with a side and a drink. Swaps and extra sauce are free to ask for.
Choose pickup or delivery and tell us when you want it. The ticket goes straight to the fryer screen.
Nothing is pre-fried for your order. The timer starts so it hits the counter hot, not early.
Collection shelf by name, or out the door with a rider. Boxes are sealed and vented either way.
Ordered on the way out of work, walked in, box was on the shelf with my name on it. Batter was still loud.
The fish burger is the one. Proper fillet, not a frozen square, and they do a grilled version if you ask.
Got a sharing platter in for the team. Arrived hot, chips were not soggy, sauces packed separately. Easy win.
